My entire working life has centred on MOVEMENT.
I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Movement Educator and I have been helping people discover the “best moving, most athletic" versions of themselves since 2008.
Whilst still at high school I began my professional dance and theatre career. I'm eternally grateful for the 18yrs of fun, world travel and personal development it provided.
To keep me in top physical condition during this time, I worked with industry leading Personal Trainers and I developed a strong interest in how to nurture and enhance the body's natural athleticism.
Retiring from my dance career, I transitioned into the Fitness Industry by undertaking my first Pilates certification in 2007.
In 2011 I traveled to USC to attend Professor Stuart McGill's “Progressing backs from pain to performance" course and this became a turning point in the way I coach movement.
My never ending hunger for knowledge then led me to research corrective exercise, strength and conditioning as well as coaching techniques to optimise motor learning.
Extensive research along with years of industry experience, has evolved into the system that is, KPFMT - a truly personalised approach, DEDICATED to helping create the BEST MOVING version of YOU.
